All orders over $250.00 value will require signature upon delivery to insure proper delivery .

WorldWide Distributors will accept returns for product purchased from us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement under the following conditions and with exceptions to below points:

1. All returns are subject to 15-20% restocking fee .
   
2. Shipping charges are not refundable. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. In this case if that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.
3. All damaged item claims, dead on arival claims & shortage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or the claim may be voided.
   
4. All exchanges & returns & claims must be in original factory cartons, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. 
   

Below are categorized exceptions to our standard 30 day return policy:

1. WorldWide Distributors will not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit.
2. WorldWide Distributors will refuse any returns where the serial number on the unit does not match the serial number on the box and warranty card as well as our internal systems.

Car Audio, Alarm

1. There are absolutely no refunds for car audio products once they have been opened and installed. Defective units may be sent back for repair only.

Cell Phones

1. Cell Phones may only be returned within 14 days from date of purchase if and only if the phone has no signs use, registers with no talk time, texts , emails or multimedia. 
2. Cell Phone returns must be in original packaging with all original accesories and manuals included. 
3. Cell Phone Dead on Arrival claims must me made within 72 hours of receipt of item.
   
4. Buyers are responsible for network, GSM band, and Carrier compatibility, including internet browsing(2G,3G,4G), picture and text messaging functionality, which are not guaranteed.
5. GSM phones are not compatible with any CDMA based carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, Alltel, Cellular One, Metro PCS, and Cricket. Please confirm your carrier runs on a GSM network before purchase.

Video Games

1. There are absolutely no returns on any video games, accessories and consoles once the item has been used or the factory seal has been broken.
   
2. Due to the nature of supply and demand in the video game market, we do not honor any sort of price protection what so ever.

The following products carry only a manufacturers warranty :

Computers, Video Cameras, MP3 Players,  iPods, iPads, Tablets,  PC Hardware, Navigation, Point Cards, Software & Projectors-  We will not accept any returns if the unit has been open and the factory seal is broken.

We reserves the right to cancel any order due to a typographical error, and are not responsible for any typographical errors which may occur in the price or product description.

How to return an item?

1. E-mail us to notify us of a defective item and request return instructions. Please provide your order number.
2. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email and shortly describe the return reason.
3. Return must be like in a new condition. Otherwise, 15% restocking fee will be applied.
4. No refunds will be issued for returns without all the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
5. We accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.
6. You are responsible for all freight charges.
