5Nifty little playerJan 05, 2010
By David K. Miller
I bought a c250 a couple of years ago and like it for it's small size, clear FM radio reception, user replaceable battery, Micro SD expansion slot and good sound (probably the only player that comes with decent ear buds). I recently bought a pink (actually closer to rose color) c250 for my wife and she loves it! The 'pink' has a slightly modified interface that works a bit better for file transfers than my old one. (I use the Rhapsody music service software for loading the Sansa.) I've had no problems with either player although the interface is a little confusing at first, so you may want to resort to reading the manual before you start. Negatives: The screen is not bright enough to read in sunlight, there is no clock function and you can't bookmark your place in a file if you switch to another program. If you want those features, you'll have to pay more. Amazon's price on the 'pink' was excellent!

3decent mp3 playerAug 11, 2010
By C. Regis "running so far"
It's a decent MP3 player. The sound quality could be better, especially on FM recordings. But the battery life is superb. When fully charged, I could listen for 8-9 hours straight and then some before having to recharge. Like the option to record right from the FM radio- makes it easy to mark songs you like for later purchase. It is easy to use, transferring media is easy. You can operate this without reading a manual, if you have prior experience with MP3 players.

5Excellent choice for audio booksJun 21, 2010
By Jack Brey "Audio Book Reader"
I use the product for audio books. After I broke the first one (my fault), I immediatly purchased another. It is very good about remembering where you were in a book and resuming from that point. My only criticism is that it uses a specialized USB cable rather than a standard mini -- but I have 2 cables now.

5SanDisk Sansa c250 - Digital player / radio - flash 2 GB - WMA, MP3 - pinkAug 24, 2010
By Mom 5 Girls "Lori"
Great price on a 2GB MP3.(under $25) Easy to use, sort and play songs by artist, album or title and there's always the random feature. I mostly just transfer music from my cd's off my microsoft media player. Second one purchased. First one was a present for my daughter, I loved it as much as, or more than her. Was told to get my own. Has FM radio, nice lil perk. Battery life is very good. I hooked it up to some old pc speakers and put them in my kitchen, works well as a stereo without taking up counter space. Also have used it in my car on long trips where the radio becomes a nuisance trying to find stations. Honestly it is even great as a personal device, might want to get new headphones, the buds are a bit large and somewhat uncomfortable but great sound. You won't be disappointed.
