Bought one for everyone in my family. Works as advertised. The best feature is the noise-canceling/filtering which eliminates background noise from the call. I have used other car speakerphone devices and most suffered from one of two basic problems. One: The speaker is not loud enough to hear the caller. Two: The microphone is not sensitive enough for the caller to hear you. This item suffers from neither issue. The speaker is loud enough to hear the caller in most situations, even with a window down. Also, the microphone picks up your voice and sufficiently filters out background noise so that the caller hears a very clear voice that does not sound muffled or like you are talking in a wind tunnel (yes, even with the window down). I use this product almost every day, it is virtually flawless.

Every thing is good about this product,reception is clear on both ends, the only thing is you have to remember to push in and out the antenna bar every time you want to reconnect.

I was in a rental car (Ford Flex) that had a Sony/Microsoft Sync system and that thing was incredible. The phone system alone was outstanding. So, when I needed to turn in the rental when I got the new company truck, I knew I needed a hands-free unit (recently got a ticket). I read the reviews and ordered the Supertooth light. Waited a long time for it so I picked up the S4 while on the road. The S4 is more solidly built and I liked the auto turn off, but I found the sound quality poor. I actually needed to turn the unit off and use a Jabra earpiece on a call today. It also did not sync up with my phonebook (Samsung Rugby) even though it told me to wait, that it was updating, for half an hour. I am supposed to be getting a Blackberry and I will update the posting as how it works for that. The Supertooth has better sound quality but it feels like it is a toy. I am not sure how well it is constructed. The antenna on off combo seems like a gimmick that will backfire in the future when this breaks, then it will be just about useless. I looked at a lot of different systems, in store and on line. None really impressed me. I am going to keep the S4 in the truck and use the Supertooth in the minivan until I get tired of switching from the S4 to my Jabra earpiece.
If you have a choice, and you are looking for a new car, look that the factory installed systems (Sony/Panasonic). They just can't be beat.

BLUEANT IS A VERY GOOD PRODUCT RECEPTION IS AWESOME THE ONLY NEGATIVES I HAVE WHICH ISNT BAD AT ALL IS THE ANTENNA THAT U PUSH TO TURN ON AND OFF BUT ITS CLEARLY LOUD ENOUGH I ASYUALLY HAD TO TURN DOWN THE VOLUMN BUT I WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

I have purchased two of this product, one for each of my vehicles. They are an excellent way to have a handsfree cell phone conversation. There is one problem, however. To deploy the antenna/microphone, you push it on the end and it pops out, turning the unit on. To turn it off, you push it back in where it is supposed to lock in place with the unit turned off. On one of my Supertooth devices, after a few uses, the antenna will not stay in, leaving the unit on. I have to use a piece of tape to keep the antenna closed and turned off. This is a nuisance. When I contacted the dealer, I found out that this is a common problem with this product. Otherwise, the product works perfectly.
