I love this Item! I bought it and it was wonderful. I have a major problem with the star wars looking headsets because I have very small ears. Plus those head sets look like star wars accessories or something. This one is cool because I wear one earbud and I can clip it on my shirt or seatbelt while driving. The sound quality if is teh best. I have tried various other bluetooth headsets and the sound quality was terrible but this is awesome and works wonderful with my iphone. I can play the radio in my car and talk on the phone with this headset and not have to worry about the distortion. I recommend this product 100%! The price is right! I love it. In fact, I went back to buy another for a friend and the store was out so I am online trying to order another one right now.

I was in need of a bluetooth device for my smartphone. It probably wouldn't be bad if I had not discovered the Plantronics. This device is very affordable....but you get what you pay for.
While the pictures are very descriptive I didn't pay attention until the product arrived. It was then I discovered only one ear headset is included. Unfortunately, my unit did not charge so I promptly returned it. Amazon as usual, was very prompt in acknowledging receipt of my return, but promptly issued credit to my account.
I have owned several Phillips products, however with all the updated technology I simply cannot imagine who would purchase a product with a one ear headset? Hopefully, they will add a two ear feature, and assuming the unit charges, it should stack up with most mid-priced units.

I love the idea of this. Just an earbud in the ear, not a bulky Star Trek device. And that works great, but the Mic only work well when it doesn't rub on anything (clothing, jacket, wind, etc). A noisy car causes sound problems for the people you are talking to (sound cuts out for them as it tries to cancel the noise?). If you position the mic so it just is in the air, and tuck the small unit in a shirt pocket or clip it on something, this works very well.
People sometimes wonder why I have a wire going into my shirt pocket, but its better than the wire going all the way to the phone headset jack, and getting caught on everything.
Battery life is good. I just wish the mic worked better.

I've been using this product for about 3 months and picked it up at a deep discounter for $9.99. This is the most practical bluetooth I've seen. I've never bought one before because people who wear the gaudy techy ones look like idiots. However, this model is barely noticable when you're wearing it. The sound quality is great; however, I do have people ask me to speak up or they say they can't hear me and I have to move the microphone around so they can hear me better. It's a good product I just wish the microphone was a little better.

The product arrived with a dead Battery. Even hours of charging does not work on the Bluetooth headset.
