Quality so high that I immediately bought a second pair.Jan 19, 2011
By Gary Brophy Don't let these get away. I will be buying a few more pairs.
I use headphones either with my LapTop PC, or while running outside or at the gym. These feel great at both activities, sound great, and fold to a very low profile (so they fit easily in a LapTop case.
The most important I noticed was the sound. My active family of five go through lots of sport-style headphones, and I instantly noticed that these sound sharper than anything I've ever used, except full-ear-coverage phones, which I have not used for many years.
But the first thing I visually noticed was the case. and the configuration. Not only to the ear-phones swivel flat, but they swing up inside the circle formed by the top strap. And, of course, ear-pieces telescope-extend out of the top strap. The case is heavy clear vinyl, 5/8" thick, and a little larger than an average paperback book.
The strap fits over the top of your head. Compared to typical sport headphones, there is more padding on the ear-pieces, and they feel more sturdy. Panasonic has made a good trade-off between weight/sturdyness, and lightness.

A great pairApr 28, 2011
By Brooke Night Cool headphones! I'd definitely buy them again. They've got a great frequency range and response, not muddy on the low end and crisp in the highs. The actual ear parts collapse and fold in which is a definite perk, less possibility of a break. This the pair, grab them.

By Lynda Myers These headphones are perfect for me - I really like: the fit, the sound and ease of use. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fine, but not greatSep 15, 2011

To start, I am a great fan of Panasonic products, but I believe this one was not their best. The headphone set looks and feel light, as intended, but the sound quality is not really that great. My old set of very basic Philips headphones has much nicer, fuller and deeper sound. The sound from this set is somewhat boxy, like form the laptop speakers. I do not really feel the enhanced bass unless I press them really hard to my years. They are light but the grip is not very strong and they come off too easily - w/ a slightest pull of the cord. In summary my expectations were higher for Panasonic headphone model with a msr price of $50.

Neat looking, but sound quality is lacking. No bass.Sep 08, 2011
By W. Ragsdill I have gone through at least 10 pair of headphones trying to find a replacement for an old broken pair that I loved. Wanted something lightweight and comfortable, easy to wear with glasses, with decent sound quality. An inline volume control is nice but not a dealbreaker (these do not have one).
So these are lightweight and moderately comfortable. They fold up and come with a cool travel case (like a DVD case). Problem is the sound quality is lousy. Very tinny, zero bass. They were pretty useless at blocking outside noise too. When trying to watch a movie wearing these while my wife was talking on the phone, they didn't block out anything. I had to crank the volume to the point where it was uncomfortable and I could still hear her. (not bagging on the wife, I just wanted to watch a movie)
So these are a big two thumbs down. Cannot recommend.
