Awesome amp, plenty of clean power. Small, portable, stackable. It seems like Alpine nailed it. If your speakers and cables are junk, then you won't get results from the amp.

Excellent amp. I have it powering my single 12" Type-X sub. Shop and get the best price though, it fluctuates, but I got mine for $476 new shipped.

I purchaced this amp from barneys and i thought i would also say they have the best price that i found for this amp (I left them feedback and left this out). I have it powering 2 JL 10W3v3 and they sound great with this amp. If you are looking for an amp for your subs i would definatly recomend the alpine pdx-1.1000. I also have a pdx-4.150 powering a set of infinity's and polk momos. The system is loud and has very clean sound (which pisses my wife off :) she doesn't like the pounding she feels on her back). You can not go wrong with the alpine PDX series amps. I hope this review helps someone deciding on what amp to buy.

pdx 1.1000 is a great amp. Powers two of my 10" type-x subs flawlessly. The sub system is very loud, clean, and not distorted. Plan on buying another pdx 1.1000
