High Res Mouse with TINY USB receiver!Aug 11, 2008
By R. Sly
"Ras One"
This mouse is awesome! It has very high resolution, and quick response. (Compared to the MS wireless mouse I had that would lag all the time). The laser optics work on virtually ANY surface. The Nano receiver is very tiny and stays plugged into the laptop without ever worrying about losing it or breaking off. It only sticks out about 1/8 inch.
Got the silver one for my wife to match her new Dell Laptop. Vista recognized it immediately! She has used it as a hand held 'clicker' for advancing some PowerPoint persentations she gave. The left button advanced the slides and the wheel allowed her to scroll back or forward in the presentation (without having it on a tabletop).
I got the black one for use with my laptop, XP recognized it immediately.
We are both very satisfied with this mouse and HIGHLY recommend it to others.

Great wireless mouse, almost perfect for this price rangeApr 16, 2009
By Bryan Douglas A lot of thought went into the design and packaging of this mouse and I'm very happy with it. I wish it were a little heavier and larger, but it's a budget mouse intended for notebook use so it wouldn't be fair to "ding" it for that. Also, if you use it with a desktop like I do, be sure to plug the wireless receiver into USB hub or some USB port relatively close to the mouse itself. When I tried plugging it into the back of the PC under the desk, there was too much signal interference and the mouse pointer tended to "hang" a lot...very annoying. When I moved the receiver to a hub on top of the desk, the problem went away.

Great cordless mouseNov 16, 2008
By southernstranger I purchased this to replace a a corded mouse with a damaged cable.
It was plug and play, I plugged it in and it worked right away. I was actually surprised that I didn't have to load any drivers!
The only thing I don't like: It's a little bit heavier than I'm used to- because of the batteries- but you can't have it all!

Epic FailDec 11, 2010
By Andrew Schrader I have two laptops, a desktop, and a netbook, all running Windows 7, and I can't get this mouse to connect consistently with any of them. It's disappointing because I have a different model (M310) of wireless mouse from Logitech that has been working fine for many moons. But this one just keeps dying on me.
I thought originally that it had something to do with the computer sleeping and waking up, but this mouse gives up the ghost even when the computer and its operator are fully awake. (Yes, I've swapped out the batteries.)
I confirmed that my USB hubs could not be turned off to save power, as instructed on the Logitech support website, and then downloaded a "connection utility" specifically for getting this mouse to reconnect to your computer (so you know that Logitech is aware that this is a problem). But when I run this executable using my touch pad, it works only sporadically.
I'm very disappointed. This isn't a cheap mouse. When you see it, jump up on a chair and scream, eek!

great mouseMar 14, 2010
By Average Joe this is my second mouse for a second laptop. first one has gone over 6 months without needing a battery recharge. works at a good distance from the very small receiver that is plugged into the USB on the laptop. no risk of breaking receiver because of its size. works on any surface except transparent glass (of course). I will continue to buy this mouse for all my wireless needs. it is by far better than my microsoft and older logitect mouse (600 series).
