WARNING - I agree with the comments by PaulTheDane. Although described as Original HP in Retail Packaging, the carts I received were in a plain white box with a sticker slapped on one end. Inside, the cart was in a plain black bag instead of the usual HP bubble pack. It sure looks like either a "compatible" or refill - I've had bad experiences with those and wouldn't use them again. Someone else mentioned it might be a repackaged starter cartridge. If that's true, it has only half the toner that the normal one does. Also not good and certainly not as advertised. I called Amazon to return them and, after a series of problems, received a refund and a free return shipping label.

The price, service and speed of delivery were great. I somehow felt, I had less ink than I get from the regular priced HP toner. My computer indicated I had less prints. The bargain wasn't quite the bargain I'd hoped.

With the mix of reviews, I thought that I would give them a chance. In short, the ones that I received are NOT genuine HP toners in HP retail packaging. They are refilled cartridges in cheap generic packaging. At a bit lower price, and with some honest descriptions I would have given them a chance. Good news is that the supplier is quite good about refunding the money.

The print cartridge gives good quality and since I don't do much printing, lasts an extremely long time. I have found the quality to be consistent both in photos and text and HP does a good job in manufacturing these.
Although the initial cost is expensive, since they do last a long time, it doesn't turn out to be that bad.
